I brewed this Skare kviek yeast. It added a touch of tartness as well. Then I put about 300g of costco frozen 3 berry mix in for a week. One of the best beers I've made. I'm making it again this week. But this time I'll do the koji rice by itself at 30c for a couple of hours to get the bugs active before the mash.
