Notes

Created a 2L starter of this yeast and used it to make a Belgian Style Dubbel. When the Dubbel was done fermenting it was racked to secondary one the same day of brewing the Barley Wine. The barley wine was then pitched onto this yeast cake with a healthy dose of pure O2.

Added D-45 at beginning of boil. Next brew will do at 10 minutes left of boil
