Notes

Brew 15 - 22/6/19.
Start mash at 0920 with 3.5kg Gladfield Ale, 400gms Gladfield Aurora and 100gms Gladfield Redback at average 66C.
Start Sparge at 11.00, collect 20L and fire up heat at 1140. Collect another 8 litres. Boiling at 1210. Wort Chiller in at 1310 for 1/2 hr steralise. Flame out at 1345. Start chilling at 1345. Stop chilling at 1425 at 32-33C. Start collecting into fermenter at 1430. Collect 20L. Still 30C so into fridge set to 10C to cool. 26C at 1830.
OG 1050 = 80% all good.
Yeast from Brew14 which was saved from Brew12 ( US05 ) mixed with a little wort pitched with a good stir at 2100. Fridge set to 18.5C. Go Brew15!!
Sunday 0800 Bubbling away nicely. Yay.
Tuesday 25/6 Gravity around 1020. Turn fridge temp up to 21.5 for Diacetyl Rest.
Friday 28/6 at 0820 turn fridge down to 8C. Tasting very nice.
Sun Aug 4th - Bugger somehow final G and bottling data khallas/ not recorded/lost.
Tastes very good, excellent balance malt hops - a slightly aromatic IPA/ bitter cross - worth trying again.
Wednesday October 23rd. 1 of 2 bottles left - tastes very smooth well balanced not too bitter or hoppy.
