WLP800 harvested from Pils #1 on 6 March. Pitched at 62°. Active fermentation in 4 hours. 50° for 12 days, SG 1.020, raised temp to 68° on 30 March with some Red Star Premier Blanc yeast for Diacetyl-rest for 3 days. 2 April, Back down to 48° for 10 days. 38° for one day. Bottled on day 25, 12 April FG 1.016
