Very pleased to have found this and will it give a go. My first pub pint in our local (The New Wheel, Wrenthorpe) was hand pulled Tetley's Best Bitter kept by a meticulous old school landlord who knew his onions, and his beer! Made a clone many years ago using Dave Line's Brewing Beers Like Those You Buy that worked reasonably well but slightly different ingredients and a lower ABV around 3.8%.
