Came upon this recipe (Centennial Blonde) looking for a Corona ale (vs lager). 138 pages of posts! Very popular.
Substituted .5 10L crystal, .5 Vienna for 1.5 lb. flaked corn.
Want to try with palisade instead of cascade.
