Made this twix in 2018 with fresh watermelon. Watermelon was juiced by hand and approximately 2.5 Liters of juice was added to the fermenter. Some issues with oxidation so may consider adding this differently in the future. Taste was very much watermelon. Great beer to come home to after a long day outside.
