Thermostat shit the bed and nearly wasted the entire grain bill. after cutting back the fermentable yield i ended up with just over 6 gallons of wort with an OG of 1.07. so while this won't be true to the style of beer, i'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. placed in temp controlled freezer at 50 degrees for one week, will bring to diacetyl rest for 3 days, and back to the freezer for 28 days at 35 degrees. May 1, i'll update.
