Notes

After mash, boil wort for 10 minutes. Cool to 100F and rack to purged corny keg. Add 2 GoodBelly PlusShots and purge keg headspace. Set in warm area (~96-100F) for 48 hours. After 48 hours, transfer to kettle and boil.
