Notes
1) Rice hulls removed from recipe, only used to avoid a stuck sparge.
2) Hops reduced by comparison with recipe to achieve the IBUs as per the recipe.
3) According the Grainfather calcs for 23 L batch:
4.1) The mash water = 14.84L<br />
4.2) The sparge water = 18.02 L<br />
4.3) The TOTAL water = 32.86 L<br />
4) Used Bulldog Bavarian Wheat (B49), Decided to ferment at 21 degrees as recommended.
5) ABV lower compared to recipe.
6) Mashed at 1hr at 66 degrees Cel
7) Mash Out step included due to removal of hulls. Mash out at 75 degrees C.
8)No Mash out used for this recipe. Used 66 degrees C instead of 66.5 as per the original recipe.
9) Used crushed coriander from India from Indian shop.
10) Coriander was not roasted as previously advised. Used NFP advice
