Batch sparge. Second sparge to collect & use for yeast starters.
Finish note: Color looks good about 5 SRM. Hop balance is good, crisp with carbonation at 2.8 Volumes. Slight tang from wheat malt...to style. I'd replace that with .5 lb Carapilz, .5 lb malted wheat for future batches.
