Used Kveik from Stranda. Honey (lynghonning) was added at flame out.
The wort was underpitcked with 0.2 ml yeast after centrufuge. Fermented at 32 deg C for 1 week. Boost fermentation within 8 h. 8 days SG was 1.020. Temperature reduced to 29. Second week FG was 1.015,
