Notes

English Strong Bitter with Centennial hops.
I have swapped out Centennial for Loral with good results, and they have similar bitterness properties.

Yeast: my house ale yeast is London III/1318, but S04 will do fine and I've used it multiple times.

2018-1-24: efficiency kept coming up short resulting in low ABV which is out of style for a strong bitter. Bumped up grains (6kg) and lowered expected efficiency (65%) so it should be above 5% next time.
