Notes
Decidi fazer uma sour com adição de uma polpa de frutas vermelhas de uma IPA que eu tinha maturado.
A polpa já estava lupulada. Adicionei faltando 20 minutos para terminar a fervura, de modo que o objeetivo era minimizar o amargor. Os lupulos não serão adicionados. Talvez um dry-hopping.
