Notes
  1. Add 3 gallons of water to brew pot and bring to 165-170f
  2. Put crushed grains in bag and steep for approx. 15 minutes.
  3. Remove grain bag and allow it to drain.
  4. Bring wort to a boil and add dry malt extract.
  5. Bring wort back up to boil.
  6. 15 minutes into boil add 0.5 oz Centennial Hops.
  7. 40 minutes into boil add 0.25 oz Centennial Hops.
  8. 45 minutes into boil add Whirlfloc Tablet and Orange Zest. (Optional: Place wort chiller into pot to sanitize)
  9. 50 minutes into boil add Coriander and 0.5 oz Cascade Hops.
  10. 55 minutes into boil add 0.25 oz Cascade Hops.
  11. At 60 minutes, remove heat and cool wort to 70-75f as quickly as possible.
  12. Transfer to fermenter and pitch yeast.
