BK is 3.5 gallons. Mashed in using 2.5gal and then sparged to 3gal. Boiled and then topped off fermenter to 2-2.5gal or until OG was 1.045

SG 1.145. 3days later FG 1.023. 19%
Moved to secondary 2gallons. Added 10g Columbus as dryhop.

Beautiful color.

Rechecked gravity with hydrometer at 65F. One week in fermenter. FG 1.045. 1.023 was corrected at 95F with refractometer. Not reliable.
