Day 8 (13 feb) racked into tank A (7L) and tank (6.5L)

Tank A dry hopped with 3 vanilla pods.

Tank B to have potion added of 3 vanilla beans soaked in vodka before bottling. Potion strained before adding (not huge amount of it). Mixed in a few hourse before bottling.

Tank B to have 100g of lactose added to secondary fermentor.

Tank B siphoned with mouth - risk of infection. Tank A poured from fermentor

TANK A - 3g/L of sugar per bottle - BLACK CAPS
TANK B - 4g/L of sugar per bottle - GOLD CAPS
BIC is 3.75g/L

People preferred vanilla pods.

A nice amount of strawberry was 0.125ml per pint and a half or so
