Currently sat in the fermentor so not yet tasted.

Had to take a guess at Fuggles hops (since they're a widely-used British hop which has been known to spread) as I don't know what variety I used. Luckily found a huge stash by a roadside.

I also fiddled the efficiency setting to match the OG and FG values which I actually measured. First all-grain brew so hopefully I've ran the system correctly. Certainly looks and smells like beer!

Also had to guess the Crystal Malt as being 90L. The shop didn't know exact value.

Add a little to 5.3% ABV estimate due to priming sugar. I'd guess 0.2% or so as it'll only be lightly primed.
