mash water
1 g gypsum, 1 g epsom, 1 campden
mashed in fairly thick at around 73 strike

first setup doing full mash then batch sparge. false bottom from bbq grill and double bagged on top. Just used the tap on the fermentor to draw liquid out.

strike water had 1/2 gram of gypsum and epsom added.
sparge was very liquid and at around 65 while with the grains. we did a long reciriculation before starting to draw off

60% efficiency into the boil pot
normal boil and additions. OG was 10.55


primed with 210g sugar total (over this and the extract batch)
