IBU's should be about 15 for the style. For a more true representation, leave out the 5 minute hops.

Brewed 12/31/2016. This beer stayed cloudy for several weeks in the carboy. I bottled it like that, and it quickly dropped crystal clear in the bottles. I didn't much care for it when I sampled one after a week in the bottle. But with another week or so of aging it really shaped up into a nice beer.

Going to use K-97 yeast next time to see what difference that makes.
