The main reason this recipe didn't "work out" was due to opening too early. Let a few sit for a couple months and they'll taste just fine. Pecan is subtle, nice chocolate flavors. Nice maltiness and the Kent goldings are good as well. My mash efficiency is a bit higher now as well, so it tastes pretty good.
