What is this one all about? Need a little more taste description. Kind of confused about the stout name but the meade yeast.

With that type of OG, you need a mead/champagne/distillers yeast unless you want the FG to be 1.04 or something crazy.

Also, with all that honey and no hops it really is more of a mead than a beer.
