Notes
Oven mash. Over-cooked mash out temperature by 20 degrees or so. Boiled over in the pot a couple of times, spilling hops. Added a bit to compensate. Wort would not cool down. Pitched around 85 degrees.
Added 6.5 cups watermelon juice to secondary fermenter after 2 weeks for another 2 weeks. Was at 1.010 gravity before addition and 1.009 after.
Would not rack to bottling bucket. Bottling fiasco.
About 96 grams of sugar in 6.5 cups of watermelon juice -> .002 bump in gravity -> an ABV right around 5.12%
