Notes

Started life as a Black IPA. I got a bit carried away and it ended up as a hoppy foreign extra stout.(thanks Matt Dainty from Renassiance brewing Marlborough NZ for the help with style guideline) ABV is 6.7% in actuality which sits nicely with this beer. Consequently the yeast choice may not be perfect and the mash temp was that of an IPA but it has fermented out nicely at 1.012 sg.
