Hev maltbøtte og ha i malt.
Skyll gjennom endel ganger ca 20 min.
Skyll malt med 20l ekstra etter ferdig malting.
Slik at det er omtrent 80 liter ved start av koking.
Rehydrerer i 22-23 grader ca 15 min før pitching. 10 x mengden gjær ca. Eller en god dl. til en pose på 11,5 gram :)
