New 10 gal kettle, old bag, over heated, mash @ 152 for 90 min, had to warm it up once. 60 degrees outside, no yoga mat. 4.7 abv (72 eff, 86 atten)
Next v3
148 mash in, quickly with Michelle. 142 for 40 min,154 for 40 min. 5.2 w/76 eff, 92 atten. Upped the .5 60 min addition to 1 ounce. Kegged filled to the top
