Notes

5/19/15 - OG .54/55 4 and 3/4 gallons pitched at 68 degrees. Mashed at 150 to 148 no mash out.

5/26 - FG .011 for 5.78% dry hopped 1 ounce

6/9 - not into it. Needs better bittering and the munich is not working either. Drinkable but blah tasting. Not a fan of this hop possibly.

6/16 - update after another week in the keg this is very good and unique but not complex. I would do again but needs time to mature.

1/24/16 - Changed the bittering to Magnum. mashed 70mins 154 down to 149 mashed out at 160. OG .048/47 a hare under 5 gals. 66 degree pitch

2/3/16 - FG .008 for 5.25 5.12%. Tastes good so far.
