No Water was used, only maple sap from Thornliebank Rd. in Williamstown. That's 5.5-6 gallons of sap
 
Notes

Brewed 4/4/15. Pre-boiled 3 gal of sap the night before and let cool on the stove covered. Put into fermenter (sanitized) in the morning in the snow to cool. Boiled sap (3 gal) added DME -Briess Golden Light and got back to boil at 1:36.
