This is my first experiment with spices. Cardamom is a delicious but potent spice and so I'm trying to be cautious with its use as I want it to be an accent. Ill let you know how it turns out.

The Maris Otter malt really ruined this ones style. It made it taste almost like an ale and crated a taste that I can only describe as a wheat ale. It is drinkable and I was able to get the cardamom and grapefruit flavors I wanted but will definately use a pilsen malt in the future.
