Notes
1) 5.5 gal of water, heat up to 162F
2) start mash, maintain temp @ 152F
3) mash for 30 mins, vorlauf for 30 min
4) Sparge with 1.5 gal of water @ 180F
5) Remove grain, heat to boil
6) Add hops accoring to hop schecule
7) Cool down to 70F~
8) Grab hydrometer sample (1.059)
9) Ferment for 5 DAYS then dry hop
10) Ferment for 5 days, then package
