Notes
Added leftover hops, Ahtanum (0.5 @ 20 min) to raise IBU from 34.3 to 37.8. Recipe sheet estimated 70 IBU but Centennial hops with kit showed only 7% AA vs standard 11 AA.
Using Irish Moss (first time) due to Med-Low flocc of selected yeast.
