Notes

2) Heat up to 150F
3) Steep grains 45 mins
4) Remove grain
5) Heat up to boil, add LME canisters
6) Once boil starts, add .15oz of HZH-107 (4G)
7)60 min boil
8) Stop boil, add whirlpool hops
9) Chill wort to ~80F
10) Sani fermy
11) Add wort to fermy, grab hydrometer sample, pitch yeast.
12) Ferment at ~65F
13) Dry hop at Day 8
14) Package at Day 10
