Notes
Ver 1: This beer had trouble clearing. A little too malty for my tastes. Strangely quick dissipating head. Good beer with clean fermentation and a touch of that elusive "helles" character. Just needs to be further refined.
Changes: Add citric acid to promote cold break. Modify water profile with additional mag sulf and gypsum. Move from 20 to 24 magnesium and 66 to 98 sulfate while also increasing calcium
