3 small pumpkins (approx 4kg unprepped weight, ~3kg prepped/uncooked weight) sliced into chunks, sprinkled with demerara and light moscovado sugar and sweet cinnamon powder and then roasted in the oven for 2 hours at 180oC. Will be added to the mash.
Yeast is now second generation yeast used in the previous 'Timmy Ts and Summer Storm Ales.
Mash duration aprox 75 mins = 15 mins to settle grain bed and through flow and then 60 mins at 68oC
