Notes

Vienna lager with a twist (almost makes it an IPL)

Add small amount of Mosaic in WP to give it a subtle more floral berry citrus twist. Goes in line with Mountain Goat style.

Calling it The Mozart because Mozart lived in Vienna and the beer makes you sing!

Could play around with different Mozart inspired tunes for names.
