Notes
First time using dried malt extract. I viewed ways to mix it into the wort/brew water. I came up with my own method. 8 gallon brew kettle. 4 gallons of tap water hot water. Add slowly using an immersion blender as you add the malt. worked like a charm.. All mixed in in under 10 minutes.
