The Most Interesting Beer in the World. A malty golden lager with a twist of citrus.
NOTE: Decoction brew. Pull 2# vienna malt and 4 qts liquor and hold at 149 for 15 minutes. Mash in with the rest of the grist and 14 qts liquor at 149 and hold it there during the decoction. After 15 minute rest at 149, bring decoction to a boil and hold for 15 minutes. Transfer decoction back to main mash. Hold mash at 158 for 20 minutes. Add rest of required liquor to hit sparge temp and hold for 20 minutes. Pull basket and drain.
