Notes

Step mashed , 30 at 145, 60 at 155, drained grains while brining up to boil. Very good. Room temp fermentation with a 45 cold crash in wine chiller for a week. Doesn’t taste anywhere near 95 IBU. Will do again. Yellow capped. I’d guess the IBU to be 40 ish.
Update. Drank 10 days after bottling. Fantastic will do again.
