Classic aroma profile for a dark beer.
Very easy to drink.
The yeast has done a good job cleaning up strong flavors and aromas.
Waiting to see if it drops another 4-5 points or stabilizes around 1.020.
Estimated ABV: ~3.5%
When chilled, the young beer shows a clear dominance of coffee aroma, with subtle chocolate in the background.
