Notes
1) 6 gal water 153F. Steep grains for 60 mins
2) Remove grain, add Munich LME canisters, bring to boil
3) 60 min boil. Add hops as prescribed in the hop dosing list
4) Cool to ~70F. Add to sani'd fermentor
5) Pitch yeast
