Brew version 1: Astringent, citrus, green fruit. Haze is excellent as is appearance but otherwise lacking entirely. Playing with water chem in the glass makes it clear chloride should be increased. Suggest moving sodium level up slightly to aim for more like 35 ppm and aim for 200 ppm chloride. Up oat percentage to soften mouthfeel. Remove CTZ from whirlpool. Shorten boil to 30 minutes. Acidify before whirlpool to soften bitterness.
