This is a simple recipe that I have
made 6 batches of with great results.
I do BIAB full volume mashes.
I use a sous vide immersion cooker inside of a hop spider that sits in the bottom of a 10 gal brew kettle.
This recipe has also been made on conventional all grain equipment with equal results.
