Secondary - 20dC for 2 days (coconut)
Cold Crash - 1dC @ 20PSI for 3 days
Carbonation - 2dC @ 12PSI for 7 days

Roast coconut for 7-11 min @ 165dC checking for browning regularily. At 4 min stir and re-spread. Store dry and dark. Keeps for 2 weeks
