With the demise of Cains Fine Raisin Beer (again), I've decided to make my own.
I am aiming for a sweet raisin beer, more akin to the original recipe, though I will be happy if I come anywhere close to the current recipe where the raisin flavour is dialled down.
Finding information on the recipe has been difficult, however this link gives some useful information on ABV (5%) and Goldings hops:

INGREDIENTS

Raisins to be added at flameout and removed after chilling.
"Dry-hop" raisins to be added around high krausen, in a muslin bag.
Using Windsor yeast for the first time to keep the FG fairly high and retain some residual sweetness.
