Clarity Ferm addition = 350mL
Sparge to 6.5bbls. Boil with the lid mostly closed. Looking to finish the boil at 5.2bbls
Added a fresh 10bbl pitch. But had to add 10 additional pounds of G2 bock yeast to get it to the finish line.
Brew date - 7/28. Finish date 10/17.
We had to use a other device thingy to figure out the OG. was above the saccharometer.
Had 5' in the kettle at KO
Also added 9lb of brewers crystals to kettle because of the oversparge. Boiled for 3 hours.
