Start met 40 liter water.
Spoelwater tot 50 liter.
Black Saison:
Zwart water maken van 2900 gram fijn geschroot Black Malt / 7 liter water. 2 dagen staan in de koeling, zeven, 3 liter over houden.
Toevoegen en 15 minuten koken.
Alsem weglaten, 150 gram gedroogde boleten en 60 gram gekneusde jeneverbessen 20 minuten meekoken.
