Notes

Added wirflock, .5 tsp CACL, 1 tsp gypsum, .5 tsp BTB, AA and KMeta all at 10 minutes left in the boil. Ended up needing .5 gal top up to get to 5.5 gals into the fermenter.

Pitched 2 packets 34/70 rehydrated with batch wart at around 75 and put into the FC set to 50. An hour later the fridge was reading 48.
