First Variation for Experimental Beer
Mashed at 152 for 60 minutes, Recirculating on Anvil Foundry system.
-Turned Temperature up to 171 for Sparge and recirculated to mash out.
-Rinsed with another Gallon and a half to get total of 6.5 Gallons for boil.
- Two additions of hops for base line batch.
-Following batches will use same base recipe and then changes will be made in small increments for 4 additional batches to see what works best.
