Pale Ale made with home grown hops, 2022 crop.
Infuse to 153F, hold 40 minutes. Infuse to 158F, hold 20 minutes.
Recirculate wort for 10 minutes, rest 20 minutes, recirc 10 minutes, lauter. Used SS hop basket for 4 oz boil hops, removed for whirlpool. Yielded 11 gal at OG 1.052. Pitched dry yeast directly onto wort, one pack for each 5 gal fermenter.
