Notes
- Prepare yeast one day ahead. Target Brew Water 4.8 PH
- Prepare Strike water and Sparge Water.
- Hold mash tun @ 154 degree for 60 mins. Drain mash tun to boil kettle. Rinse grains with sparge water and drain to boil kettle.
- Bring to boil for 60 mins.
- 30 mins to end of boil add 2 oz Citra hops.
- 10 mins to end of boil add 1 oz Amarillo hops.
- Cool to 180 degree. Add 2 oz, Citra hops. Let it stand for 10 mins.
- Cool to 68 degree. Drain to fermenter, pitch yeast.
- After 5 days transfer to secondary. Add dry hops 4 oz. Citra and 1 oz. Amarillo.
- After 5 days in secondary transfer to bottling bucket. Add priming sugar. Bottle or Keg.
